Anita Briem is an Icelandic actress from Iceland . Anita Briem is an Icelandic actor. Her best-known work is playing Jane Seymour, the young female who becomes the 3rd queen of Henry VIII on the television series The Tudors. Briem's acting journey began with the National Theater Iceland when she was 9 years old. In her homeland of Iceland she appeared in many plays, radio shows and television programs as a young actress. Briem left Iceland for London at the age of 16 where he took part in a theater production called Lenin's Love. After turning 19, Briem was accepted at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), where she studied for the next three years and where she earned a degree in drama and the John Barton Prize in the category of Scenic Fight.
